Refund policy
At YehTar, every item is handcrafted in small batches by artisans in Cameroon. Because of the nature of our production process and the limited availability of each piece, all sales are final.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
2. No Refunds
Due to the handcrafted, limited-edition nature of YehTar products, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances, including:
-
Change of mind
-
Ordering the wrong product
-
Product variations in stitching, color, or motif placement (these are natural features of handmade work)
-
Preorder processing times
3. Handmade Variations
Each piece is created by skilled artisans using traditional Toghu-inspired techniques.
Minor variations in embroidery, pattern placement, or color depth are normal and expected.
These details are part of the cultural craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
